Due to the nature of our products (fragrances, makeup, and skincare), we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
